Contract Type: Part time, fixed term until August 2028
Part Time: 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08:30-12:15, with 1.25 hours one afternoon.
Pay Range: Scale 3 / Points 5-6 FTE £25,583.30-£25,988.90
Salary Range: £11,537.27 - £11,720.18

About the role
· Provide tailored support to meet the child's individual needs.
· Encourage engagement and confidence in learning across all subjects.
· Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement strategies and interventions.
· Foster a positive, nurturing environment that promotes independence and resilience.
About you:
· Patient, caring, and committed to helping children thrive.
· Able to build strong, trusting relationships.
· Experience in supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
· Good communication skills and a flexible approach.
· Be willing to undertake relevant training to support the child's needs and your own professional development
