Part Time: 17.25 hours per week, Wednesday - Friday 08:30-15:15 term time only
Pay Range: Scale 3 / Points 5-6
Salary Range: Actual salary £9,642.33 - £9,795.19. FTE £24,790 - £25,183

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team. This role will involve working closely with class teachers to support pupils with a range of learning needs, both in class and in small groups.

Responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management
Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting children's social and emotional development
We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Is patient, caring, and resilient
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
Has experience working in a school or with children (desirable but not essential)
