Sport LSA - Fixed Term - 01/09/2025 to 31/08/2026
NJC Pay Scale 3 point 5 - 6 Actual pro-rata pay £4,726.03 pa - £4,798.88 pa plus pension.
8 hours per week to work predominantly on a Tuesday but flexibility would be required for tournaments and fixtures. This is a term time only job, but you will be expected to work on one of the five Inset Days which will be paid.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive person to join our friendly, hardworking school. You will be responsible for organising the attendance of sporting events throughout the school year. Tasks will include sending out letters to parents, organising transport, competition entry and taking pupils to events. Experience of working in a school is preferred but not essential. You may be required to administer first aid to pupils as required (training will be provided) and a willingness and ability to drive a minibus would be useful.
The successful candidate must have:-
· excellent interpersonal skills
· high organisation skills and be able to work under pressure
· have strong ICT skills
· the ability to remain calm, cheerful and understanding at all times
· the ability to multi task and work as part of a team
