Essential:
- Degree level of education
- Willingness to undertake further training relevant to the role.
- Understanding of the needs of pupils with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
- Ability to adapt learning resources and approaches to meet individual needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Awareness of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
