Salary: Essex Support Staff Pay Scale, Points 19-24 (£32,061-£35,412 (FTE)
Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent , 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks.

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Officer and Administration Manager to join our school.
The successful applicant will provide full HR and school based administrative support and will be supported by a team of dedicated Admin Assistants and colleagues within the Saffron Academy Trust.
This is an exciting time to join HRS as we grow and look forward to moving into new premises in the future.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills, a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing priorities as well as computer literacy. The ability to work calmly under pressure is crucial to this role as well as an understanding of handling sensitive data.
You will have:
- experience of working in a HR environment;
- knowledge of HR policies and processes, including an awareness and understanding of upcoming Employment Rights Act changes;
- experience of leading and managing a team;
- effective written and oral communication skills;
- the ability to work proactively;
- the ability to work effectively, individually and also as part of a team complimenting the work of Saffron Academy Trust.

You don't have to have worked in an education environment before but a passion for helping improve the education of our students through providing high quality HR and Administrative support is essential.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step within their HR career and gain extensive generalist experience. Support will be offered to the successful candidate to obtain their CIPD qualification (if not already held).
