We are seeking a Senior Invigilator at Helena Romanes School. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Invigilator, however this is not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate. Please note that this role is offered on a casual basis and as such, there are no set hours per week. You will be required to work during the Mocks and Summer Exam Seasons as much as you are able to.
Job Title: Senior Invigilator
Pay/Contract: £13.00 per hour, Casual Contract
Reports to: Exams Officer
You will be responsible for a wider team of Invigilators within any given Exam session. You will also be responsible for liaising with relevant Teaching staff, support staff and pupils.
Job Purpose: To be responsible for the appropriate implementation of examination procedures and the proper conduct of examination candidates. To be responsible for the deployment, instruction and supervision of invigilators.
Principal Accountabilities: To ensure that all Invigilators are fully familiar with any instructions for the conduct of examinations, to ensure silence in the examination room and avoidance of disruption.
