Student Support Officer

Required: September 2026

Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only

(Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm)

Payscale: Scale 4-5, Spine points 8-13

Actual Salary Range: £22,430 - £24,303

If so we are looking for a Student Support Officer to join our forward-thinking team. Experience is preferred, but training can be offered for the right candidate.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Student Support Officer who will enjoy working in a school that values and delivers excellent professional development. The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students through their involvement with pastoral support and have a firm belief in the potential of all students.

We are looking for a candidate who:

· Is caring and has the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships and wellbeing with staff, students, parents, governors and the local community.
