About our Geography Department
Come and join our hard-working team as we continue to build on our fantastic examination results. Year on year our key headline figures have exceeded the national picture, and we are seeking passionate specialist teachers who can help the department continue to grow.
Results for 24/25 academic year included
· Over 76% 4+, 65% 5+, 26% 7+ and 6% 9+ in GCSE Geography
· 80% A*-B at A Level Geography, with a large uptake from September 2025
Within the wider faculty we offer a range of Humanities subjects including History, Psychology, Sociology, Citizenship, Politics, Health and Social Care and Ethics, Religion and Philosophy. We welcome applications from candidates who are willing to offer a second Humanities subject.
