Weareseekinga highlyorganised, compassionate, and proactive Inclusion Assistant to join our dedicated Inclusion Team.
You will work closely with our Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion) and a well-established team including our SENDCo, Family School Coordinator, School Therapist, Wellbeing Team, and Mental Health Lead.
This is a varied and rewarding role combining administrative excellence with meaningful pupil support, ensuring our most vulnerable children and those with SEND receive the highest quality provision.

Wearelookingforsomeonewhohas:
NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Strong administrative andorganisationalskills
Excellent literacy and communication skills
Confident usingcomputerisedsystems and databases
Passion for supporting children with SEND and vulnerable pupils
Compassionate, professional, and able to work as part of a team
Flexible and willing to support pupils when needed
