Nurture Room Leader
Salary: Scale 5 + Fringe
Required: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Term: Part-time
Contract Hours: 08.40am to 15.20pm 30.50 hpw (30-minute lunch break)
We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated individual to lead our Nurture Room provision at St John Fisher Catholic Primary. To believe in our vision and approach and are open to further development to be the best you can be.To lead a supported and happy team, at the centre of a quality provision for the children and families that we work with.

The successful candidate will be able to:

· Have the ability to lead a supported, happy team at the heart of high-quality provision for children and families.
· Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to deliver outstanding care and education.
· Know how to enhance children's learning and social development, fostering positive behaviour.
· Be able to provide safe, stimulating day care that meets statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Be committed to contribute to planning, monitoring, and behaviour management; provide accurate updates for teacher assessments.
· Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English.
· Know how to complete reports and forms to secure additional support for students.
NVQ Level 2 in Learning Support/Early Years, NNEB or equivalent would be advantageous.
