1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant - Fixed Term Contract ending 31.08.2031

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work as a one-to-one support for a child with SEND needs, supporting their learning, independence and inclusion within a high-achieving school community. Experience of working with Autistic Spectrum Disorder would be an advantage.
Experience of working with an Infant/Primary style curriculum or a willingness to gain experience in this area and training is essential. Previous experience of working as a LSA is also desirable.
The successful candidate will become part of our friendly and hard-working team which is dedicated to ensuring our children learn well and are well cared for.
· Scale 3, Range 6 - 7, FTE £25,989 - £26,403, which is £13.47 - £13.69 per hour (Pro Rate £18,312.86 - £18,604.58).
· Part time, 31.25 hours per week Fixed Term until 31/08/2031
· Term time plus inset days. Please note St Osyth is moving to a two-week October half term from September 2026.
· Monday to Friday: 0830am - 3:15pm (with a 30 minute lunch break)
· To start September 2026.
