Roding Valley High School is seeking an exceptional, resilient and highly motivated Reflection Room Supervisor (Pupil Support Lead) to take a leading role in our behaviour and inclusion provision.

This is not a routine supervision role - it is a key pastoral leadership position at the heart of our school, where you will shape behaviour outcomes, support students to succeed, and lead a team delivering meaningful interventions every day.

About the Role

You will take full operational responsibility for our Reflection Room, ensuring it is a calm, structured and purposeful environment where students can reset, reflect and re-engage with learning.

You will:

·Lead behaviour intervention and reintegration processes

·Line manage and develop Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)

·Work directly with students presenting challenging behaviours

·Partner with families, Heads of Year and senior leaders

·Analyse behaviour data to improve outcomes across the school

This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, builds strong relationships, and is committed to transforming behaviour and attitudes to learning.

·A dedicated Reflection Room provision central to the school's behaviour strategy

·A small team of LSAs supporting behaviour and inclusion
