Catering Manager

Term time only, 5 days a week, 22.5 hours (9.30am - 2.00pm) £10,530

Larkrise Primary School is part of The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust and is seeking to appoint an experienced and skilled Catering Manager.
The successful applicant will be trained to at least level 2 Food Safety or NVQ equivalent. They must have experience of working in a kitchen environment and will be responsible for:
· Planning a balanced and nutritious menu
· Organising theme days
· Ordering stock
· Budget management
· Line management of kitchen staff
· Compliance with food standards and hygiene regulations
This role will be supported by an Essex School Meals Service Consultant. Previous experience in a school kitchen is highly desirable.
We are looking for a friendly, experienced and enthusiastic Catering Manager to join our team as we strive to do the very best for our enthusiastic and well-mannered children.
