About the Role
You will:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning
Lead and manage areas of English across the school, driving improvement and innovation
Support colleagues to develop outstanding practice
Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, ensuring all children achieve their full potential
Regularly work alongside other leaders from across our trust
Contribute to the wider life of the school and our PCLC community
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record
Has a strong passion for literacy development
Has the ability to inspire, lead, and support colleagues
Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils
Is committed to inclusive education and continuous improvement
