Newport Primary School is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our school as a Year 2 Class teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring young learners. The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking an individual who champions inclusivity and delivers high quality teaching and learning. This position is a permanent, full-time role.

We are looking to appoint a teacher who is:
· Self - motivated, flexible and enthusiastic
· Supportive of Newport Primary Schools vision, values and ethos
· Keen to develop themselves and has high expectations of those they teach
· Organised and adaptable to the dynamics of the primary school environment
· Able to plan creatively for high quality teaching and learning to meet the needs of all learners
· Willing to take on subject leadership
· Professional, approachable and empathetic
· Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and make learning challenging and engaging
