We are looking for reliable, experienced Learning Support Assistants to provide 1 to 1 support in the classroom as well as personal care for a SEND child with an EHCP. We require someone who enjoys working with children and has the ability to inspire them with a love of learning. An empathetic, kind and caring nature is vital along with a good sense of humour!
This role will comprise of a detailed and differentiated individual learning programme with activities which support literacy and numeracy skills. Good organisational skills are essential with the ability to be flexible and work well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will join an experienced and supportive school team that is dedicated to developing every child's potential.
