Actual salary: £14,769.11 per annum
Full Time Equivalent: £25,525 includes fringe allowance
Hours: 25 per week, Monday to Friday. Working pattern to be discussed.
Term time plus 5 inset days (39 working weeks)
September start (earlier start may be available)
The Wickford Church of England School are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide additional support within their friendly and busy school office.
The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, honesty and commitment to working hard to provide the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
The successful applicant will: (please refer to the full job description for full details)
- Assist with all aspects of school administration e.g. after school clubs, school uniform, school meals, attendance monitoring, newsletters
- Update and maintain records for finance, attendance, staff training, admissions and the school website
- Act as a point of contact for parents, visitors and contractors, in person, by telephone and email
- General administration support i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, filing, photocopying
- Liaise with kitchen staff and site staff as necessary
- Assist pupils who are injured or unwell
- Promote safeguarding at all times
