We work, learn and play together so that every child and adult can achieve great things. This ethos shapes everything we do, and we are now seeking to appoint a Deputy Head to join us on the next stage of our journey.

About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner with the drive, ambition and professional presence to support the Headteacher in moving the school forward. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategic direction, strengthening teaching and learning, and modelling the inclusive, nurturing culture that we are so proud of.

What We Are Looking For

  • Outstanding teaching with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes for pupils.
  • Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to motivate, support and challenge colleagues.
  • Subject leadership of English, with the expertise to drive curriculum excellence and ensure high‑quality provision.
  • A commitment to delivering an exciting, engaging and inclusive curriculum that inspires pupils and reflects our values.
  • A leader who is visible, compassionate and able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community.
  • Someone who enjoys data analysis.

What We Offer

  • A warm, caring school community where children are at the heart of every decision we make.
  • A dedicated staff team who work collaboratively and support one another.
  • Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
  • A chance to make a significant impact in a school that values creativity, inclusion and ambition.
