We have vacancies for two Teaching Assistants to start in September 2025
Scale 3, point 5, fixed term initially for one year with the scope to extend.
Monday- Friday 8:45-3:15 (lunch break 12noon-1:10pm) (Part-time will be considered)
We are looking to appoint two friendly, enthusiastic and creative Teaching Assistants to join our Early Years/Key Stage 1 team to support children with a range of needs. Your day will be varied, sometimes based in the classrooms and sometimes in our nurture group settings, where you may support children to communicate effectively and to build their social and emotional skills alongside phonics, early reading, writing and maths.
The successful candidates will:
· Have a calm, positive and friendly manner
· Be committed to supporting all children to make good progress and achieve well
· Be able to work independently and use initiative in different situations
· Be proactive and willing to learn and apply new skills
· Build good relationships and work as part of our strong staff team
· Have a high standard of written and spoken English and good numeracy skills
