We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. At our school, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. The Role
The successful candidate will:
• Support pupils with a range of SEND needs, both in class and through targeted interventions.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver personalised learning and support plans.
• Promote pupils' independence, confidence and engagement in learning.
• Use positive behaviour strategies to support emotional regulation and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and professionals.
• Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has experience of working with children, ideally within a school setting.
• Has knowledge of SEND, including autism, speech and language needs, ADHD or social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Is patient, resilient and adaptable.
• Can build positive relationships and maintain high expectations for all pupils.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
