Wraparound Activity Lead - Chelmsford (Monday-Friday, 3:00-6:00pm)
Camp Epic is seeking a fun, energetic, and reliable Wraparound Activity Lead to run engaging after-school sessions in Chelmsford. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a safe, positive environment where they can relax, play, and learn after the school day.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a variety of creative, sports, and play-based activities
Supervise and engage children aged 4-11 during after-school hours
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Manage behaviour positively and build strong relationships with pupils
Work collaboratively with school staff and the Camp Epic team
What we're looking for:
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
A proactive, enthusiastic, and organised approach
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to commit to 5 days a week (3:00-6:00pm)
