We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, dedicated and forward-thinkingAssistant Headteacherto join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who is passionate about inclusion, driven by high expectations, and open-minded to new ideas that enhance teaching and learning.
About the Role
Working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school. You will lead on assessment, ensuring robust and effective systems that support pupil progress, and continue to develop our creative and engaging curriculum.You will takean evidence informed approach to support teacher development in line with the school improvement plan, and be a line manager to teaching support staff.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
· Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of strong teaching
· Have experience of successfully leading others and making a measurable difference
· Champion inclusion and demonstrate ambition for every child
· Be an open-minded and innovative thinker, willing to embrace and drive change
· Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
· Communicate exceptionally well with pupils, parents, staff and the wider community
· Bring a sense of humour, warmth and compassion to their leadership
