About the role:

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Estates and Compliance Director to join our growing Trust of 11 schools, playing a pivotal role in creating and maintaining safe, inspiring environments for learning. Working across our school sites, with our central hub in Chelmsford, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for estates management, health and safety, and statutory compliance. We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, staff, and external partners. Just as importantly, we want someone who brings a genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the best possible outcomes for our pupils. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking professional to shape the long-term development of our estate, drive high standards of safety and sustainability, and make a meaningful difference across our Trust community.
