Site Manager - 2 Posts
Salary Range: £17,547 - £22,434 (F.T.E)
We are seeking to recruit two highly skilled, well organised problem solvers with a professional and friendly attitude to join our team. The positions will cover Site Manager duties at St Michael's C. of E. Junior School and our neighbouring Galleywood Infant School and would suit individuals who can effectively manage their time to meet the challenges of this key role.
The Site Managers are responsible for ensuring that staff and pupils can work in a clean and safe environment; this includes Health and Safety, maintaining buildings and grounds, repairs, decoration and some school cleaning. They will also manage all school lettings and be responsible for key holding duties.
Each post will be for 20 hours per week worked as follows:
Post A: 7.30am - 11.30am
Post B: 2.00pm - 6.00pm
Flexibility in alternating work patterns will be considered. Annual leave is to be taken during school closure periods. The School is willing to consider an applicant who wishes to apply for both positions.
