Learning Support Assistant required to work mornings at the Flitch Green Academy
Term time plus 5 non-pupil days
Fixed Term (Immediate start to 31st August 2025 - to be reviewed Summer term 2025
23.45 hours per week (08:30 to 13:15 Monday to Friday)
Scale 3 Point 5 (£12,769 per annum)
The Flitch Green Academy is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with specific learning difficulties and social and emotional needs. You will need to be able to work effectively within a team and work alongside the Class teacher and SENCo to provide effective both academic and personal development guidance. You will also offer support at both break and lunchtime.
Training from outside professionals will be provided for the suitable candidate for the above requirements, where appropriate.
Closing date: Midday Friday 12th April 2024. Interviews to be held on a rolling basis, so early applications are essential.
