Kingswood Primary School and Nursery are seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking, dedicated and trustworthy individual who will ensure the safe operation, general maintenance and statutory compliance of our school.
We are looking for a Site Manager who will take pride in the management, maintenance and cleanliness of our premises.
Other attributes we are looking for are:
- Flexibilty
- Pro-activeness
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Experience in building maintenance
- Understanding of Safeguarding
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety in the workplace
- Wide range of general maintenance/building skills
- Commitment to providing a high quality service
Hours: 37 hours per week - 52.14 weeks per year
