We are seeking to recruit a new Lettings Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, self-motivated, energetic and keen to work as part of the school community.
General responsibilities will include:
- Supervising letting bookings, opening and setting up where necessary, making sure lights are switched on/off, dealing with queries.
- Locking up the school after everyone has gone, ensuring all windows and doors are closed and the premises are secure.
- Some caretaking duties such as emptying bins, recycling rubbish etc.
This contract is on a zero hours basis and dependant on lettings bookings but hours required to work are usually 6:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, at a pay rate of £9.50 p/h weekdays.
