A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of the country's leading selective schools. Recently awarded with The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade, the Headmaster and Governing Body of Colchester Royal Grammar School invite applications for a Deputy Head to join our Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership and management experience gained in a leadership role and will play a major part in supporting the Headmaster in the strategic leadership of our school.
You will be expected to lead on Safeguarding and Personal Development as well as contributing to the wider leadership of the school and to line manage key members of staff. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and caring person with obvious leadership qualities to work in a well-loved and very successful school which strives to achieve excellence in all that we do.
