Required September 2021.

An enthusiastic and well qualified teacher of Mathematics is required to join a highly successful Mathematics Department. The person appointed will be expected to teach Mathematics across all Key Stages including Sixth Form courses. We offer the two IB Mathematics courses at both Higher and Standard Level, as well as A Level Mathematics.

For a suitable candidate, this post includes a TLR for leading and managing teaching, learning and assessment, in order to maintain the highest levels of progress and achievement in Mathematics courses in the Sixth Form.

In 2020, the Mathematics department achieved 91% 9-4 at GCSE with 100% 9-1. It is also a very popular subject in our outstanding sixth form. Sixth Form results: ALPS 4 and 52% A*-B for A Level Maths, Maths IBS 43% 5+ and Maths Studies 73% 5 +.

All members of staff working at the school support the aims and ethos of the school and participate in the extensive visits programme.
