Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic committed and caring individual to join our happy and outstanding school (graded outstanding by Ofsted in 2020).

This post involves working with individuals and small groups of children as well as providing general support in the classroom under the guidance of the classteacher and supervising some lunchtimes. Experience of working in a school is desirable.

The successful candidate will have:

· A good general education with good maths and English skills.

· A positive and calm manner.

· An ability to work as part of a team.

· An ability to demonstrate reliability and confidentiality.

· A willingness and ability to support the ethos and high expectations of behaviour within the school
