Salary £ 14989 - £16548
25 hrs per week, 7am - 12noon, 52.14 weeks per year
23 - 27 days holiday (to be taken in school holidays)
Start date: As soon as possible
We are seeking to appoint a new site manager to join our friendly school team.
The successful candidate must:
· Have experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
· Take pride in the appearance and condition of our school, both internally and externally
· Be self- motivated, intuitive and accountable
· Be able to carry out maintenance and general repairs
· Be a good communicator and team player
· Be able to line manage and carry out performance management reviews, working closely with a deputy site manager
· Be flexible and adaptable
· Be proactive in responding to the ever changing needs of the school
· Be the main key holder for the school and grounds
· Be first aid trained (training to be provided)
