At St Andrew's we believe that all children will be known and loved and that we want all children's 'light to shine' through our CARE curriculum.
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEND teaching assistant to provide support to a Year Three child with an EHCP (1:1, in small groups and as part of the whole class). EYFS experience is desirable.
Working Hours will be 18 hours and 45 minutes per week, term time only (38 weeks)
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:40 to 12:50 and Wednesday 8:40 to 12:50 and 13:20 to 15:15
You will be working in a very supportive team with a desire for all children's learning needs to be met. We are looking for an individual who is creative, who can link class learning with the specific needs of our child. Someone to develop their independence and life skills whilst ensuring their well-being and self-esteem is well-supported. An individual who has experience of working with children with additional needs and who has a well-proven track record of developing excellent relationships with children and their families.
