Temporary contract -fixed term 1 year

Scale 2 point 3 (£9.62/hr) 27 ¾ hours per week

Tollesbury is a friendly, village school that has strong links with the community. We are looking to appoint a full-time teaching assistant to work in our Early Years class. Applicants will need to be willing to work as a general TA as well as a 1:1 support. The 1:1 support role will require a high level of medical and intimate care. The successful applicant should ideally have experience of working in a school or Early Years setting and have gained a GSCE pass (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

We are looking for someone who is able to follow teacher direction, but also use their initiative when necessary. They will be able to enthuse children and help to instil a love of learning.
