Northlands Primary School and Nursery is looking to appoint a positive, flexible and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work on a one-to-one basis with a child in Year 1 with medical needs. Full training on the medical needs will be provided by the school.
The successful candidate will:
· Have a calm, positive and approachable manner and a belief that every child can be successful and make progress
· Have experience of supporting children with a variety of educational and medical needs
· Work on their own initiative and liaise closely with teachers, parents, SENCo and to design the best possible provision for the child
· Build good relationships and work as part of our strong staff team
Hours 8.40 to 3.10 Monday to Friday Term Time only
Salary Scale 3 Point 4 Annual full time salary £18,426 (Actual pro-rata salary £12,349.72)
Required from September 2020
