Job summary
To lead, under the direction of Education/Mentoring Manager, the day to day provision for pupils requiring SEMH intervention in the community or within the operational centre inWitham, including those who may have additional special educational needs and barriers to learning, thus improving outcomes for these groups of pupils. There will be a requirement to work with pupils who are unable to manage within mainstream school.

Meet HLTA standards/equivalent qualifications, including GCSE/CSE English and Maths.

Essential skills and experience
Experience of working with children with SEMH needs.
Evidence of successful outcomes in the planning and delivery of 1-1 and small group activities/programmes.
Evidence of evaluating the impact and effectiveness of intervention programmes.
You must be able to drive and have business insurance.
