Purford Green Primary School is looking to appoint an Assistant Inclusion Leader to support the work of the Primary Inclusion Leader.
In this role you will be assisting the Primary Inclusion Leader in the day-to-day operation of Purford Green's Inclusion, ensuring it provision supports the achievement of all SEN(D)/Additional Needs (including English as an Additional Language(EAL)) students.
We're looking for you if you have:
- Successful experience working withpupils with SEND and/or Student withEnglish as an AdditionalLanguage
- Successful experience of working with outsideagencies(desirable but not essential)
- A secure understanding of effective support for pupils with additional needs
- A good level of English and Maths
- Excellent communication skills
Within the role the successful candidate will:
- Work alongside the Primary Inclusion Leader
- Carry out Interventions
- Complete relevant paper work
- Attend meetings with other professionals
- Carry out assessments
- Arrange internal and external support for pupils
- Be part of a school that has a range of Well Being Initiatives to support staff and their work life balance
Hours: 32 hours per week
Weeks:39 weeks per year (44.3 paid weeks)
Salary: Band 3 according to experience
