Nursery Assistant (Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualified) - Chapel Hill Nursery (part of Chapel Hill Primary School & Nursery)

Hours of work: 30 hours per week (8:30 - 2:50 with a 20 minute lunch break), term-time only

Salary: Scale 2 Point 3 - £15,883 (£1,323 a month before deductions) to Scale 2 Point 4 - £16,138 (£1,411 a month before deductions)

Chapel Hill has an exciting opportunity for childcare practitioners to join our brand-new nursery. The offer is open to experienced practitioners with a Level 2 or 3 early years/childcare qualification . Working with children aged from 3 months to 4 years as part of the nursery team, you will provide safe, high-quality education and care for babies and young children. Duties will include acting as a keyworker for a small group of children, providing exceptional care, liaising closely with parents/carers and ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met, teaching children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulation, helping to set up and tidy away at the end of the session, attending meetings and training courses as appropriate, and undertaking any other reasonable duties as directed by the room lead.
