We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our school office.
Two days per week (Thursday and Friday)
8.30 a.m - 4.00.pm
Applicants should be experienced with MS Office with excellent admin and interpersonal skills and be able to work on their own initiative. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
We are looking for a calm, well organised, methodical and flexible person who will be responsible for general office duties including welfare, reception, clerical, and general school admin duties.
Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.
The Governing Body is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Any appointment is subject to enhanced DBS disclosure, medical clearance and satisfactory references.
