We wish to appoint a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to start in September 2019.
Our new Site Supervisor will be energectic, enthusiastic and will take pride in how the school looks and functions.
You will have a good range of skills and experience including building and grounds maintenance, health and safety knowledge and general painting and repairs. You will also be required to respond to incidents around the school on a daily basis such as gritting the outdoor areas in the winter months, cleaning up accidents and spillages, setting up/ clearing away certain equipment (e.g. school stage).
You will be able to communicate effectively with a range of people including children, staff, parents, visitors and contractors and have a good awareness of health and safety issues. You will be approachable, well-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
Our Site Supervisor will work a split shift 7am - 9am and 4pm - 7pm (hours can be negotiated as long as they meet the needs of the school). There will be occasions where working hours will be flexible so you can open up and oversee contractors work during weekends/ school holidays.
