We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and energetic person to join the staff team at our Primary Residential SEMH School, designated by Ofsted as Outstanding.
The role will assist pupils to develop resilience and strategies to overcome barriers to learning, make positive choices, develop their social skills and improve their overall health and wellbeing. Provision of a general welfare response for all students.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, with an understanding of and commitment to children with severe behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. SEMH experience is essential and experience in working with autistic children would be desirable. The successful applicant will receive the relevant training and support required to become part of our dedicated and innovative team. You will need to be flexible - Monday to Friday.
Visits to the school are positively encouraged.
