We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly village school. The role involves providing one to one support for a pupil with an EHC Plan.

We can offer:

The successful applicant will:

· Hold GCSE in English and Maths Grade A-C (or equivalent).

· Have experience supporting children on the autistic spectrum.

· Be resilient and have a positive "can do" attitude (initiative, flexibility, proactive approach) and can encourage children to achieve to the best of their ability.

· Have a calm and caring manner along with a good sense of humour.

· Be able to work as part of a team under the direction of the Class Teacher/SENCo.

The post is for 17 hours per week (10am-13:30pm Monday - Thursday, 10:30am-13:30pm Friday).

Salary Range: £7,063 to £7,204
