We are seeking a motivated, inspiring practitioner to join our Buckhurst Hill family. The HLTA's role will include small group interventions, covering lessons, leading social groups and mentoring children. The role will evolve with your input and with the children's needs at the centre.
The successful candidate will:
- be motivated, positive and hardworking;
- be driven by the children's needs and interests;
- take responsibility for children's progress in conjunction with the teachers and Inclusion Leader;
- provide unique and bespoke support for our amazing children.

Buckhurst Hill Community Primary School is a friendly and welcoming two form entry primary school situated in the suburb of Buckhurst Hill with good transport links to London. We are part of The Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of fifteen Primary and one Special School all based in the Epping Forest District. Along with our SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training), School Improvement Team, Well-being Service and Resourced Provisions based in three of our schools, we are a leading educational organisation in Epping Forest.
EFSPT was formed in 2018 from a consortium of schools that had worked together for over 20 years, and are committed to collaborative working to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and school communities. The schools maintain their identities but work in a highly collaborative manner supported by a small but very experienced Central Team.
