Chelmsford College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the College as a Life Skills & Enrichment Manager.

As the Life Skills & Enrichment Manager, you will lead a team of Life Skills Tutors and the Enrichment department, overseeing the expansion of activities aimed at enhancing our learners' essential skills. Quality assurance is vital. You will ensure the Life Skills programme's effectiveness through meticulous resource evaluation and classroom evaluations.
