PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PASTORAL SLT

30 HOURS PER WEEK 39 WEEKS PER YEAR

WORKING PATTERN - 8.00AM TO 2.30PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

SCALE 5 POINTS 9-12

FTE SALARY £25,119 - £26,421 (ACTUAL SALARY £17,460 - £18,365 PA)

We are looking to appoint an organised, efficient and enthusiastic individual to provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Pastoral Senior Leadership Team.

A high level of personal integrity, the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times combined with excellent interpersonal skills is required. A flexible approach, the ability to use your initiative, prioritise and organise your time effectively is essential. Strong administrative and ICT (Microsoft Office) skills and the ability to maintain a calm and professional manner under pressure are also required.

This is a public facing role and the candidate must speak fluent English.
