HR Administration Apprentice
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (38 weeks' term time, 1-week non-pupil days plus 1 week during school closure periods)
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Role
The role will involve engaging with different parts of the organisation and interacting with internal and external customers. There will be a variety of administrative tasks and the chance to get involved in some office-based projects.
We're looking for you if you have…
· Good communication skills, including high standards of written communication, grammar and spelling
· Strong IT skills and knowledge of using different software packages
· Ability to work with tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality
· Ability to work under pressure to prioritise and meet deadlines
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
● Support with all school administration tasks
● Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders
● Reception cover when required which will include telephone and face to face communications with staff, students, parents and school visitors
● Update the school website, including monitoring when links should be updated by the senior leadership team
● Maintain records, files and databases, handling confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures
