Westcliff High School for Boys requires a Director of Resources & Support Operations to work as a member of the School's Senior Leadership Team and to provide direct support to the Headmaster in developing, leading and managing the School's financial strategy and other support functions, including HR and matters related to the development of the School's site.
The successful candidate will be qualified to at least degree level, and will have a successful track record in Senior Leadership and the ability to ensure the School's vision and priorities are translated into delivery, and that its values are embedded at all levels within the School.
A genuine commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all areas of responsibility is essential, as are strong written and oral communication skills, diplomacy and the ability to work as an effective member of a team in this outstanding School.
WHSB is a selective Academy Grammar School which has been designated Outstanding by OFSTED. Our School currently has 900 boys at 11-16 and 370 students in its mixed Sixth Form.
