24 hours per week, 41 working weeks (term time + 5 non student days + 2 weeks)

Reporting to the Assistant Vice Principal (Inclusion), you will deliver an effective Inclusion administration service in line with academy processes and policies, the Inclusion strategy and SEND Code of Practice. This is a varied role and one where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Assistant Vice Principal in the development of the SEND provision.

You will have significant SEND administration experience and excellent organisational and problem solving skills. You will also be able to establish good relationships with students and staff. A SEND qualification at Level 3 would be advantageous but is not essential.

The role is based at Maltings Academy but also requires some work at our sister academy, New Rickstones Academy, also in Witham. The role is 24 hours per week, 41 working weeks and the days or work - the days of work and start/finish times are flexible.
