Due to the retirement of our Bursar, we are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational School Business Manager with the drive and organisational skills to further develop ourSchool. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to work with extremely dedicated staff and motivated students. We are looking for a professional who is welcoming, compassionate, highly motivated and who can promote high expectations and aspirations thoughout the school as a whole.
The School Business Manager will have responsibility for:
- FINANCE
- ADMINISTRATION
- PREMISES
- HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OF DESIGNATED SUPPORT STAFF
We are seeking an individual who has:
- EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- FIANANCE & BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
- OUTSTANDING ICT SKILLS
- CALM PROFESSIONAL PERSON WHO CAN SHOW INITIATIVE TO MEET CHALLENGES
This appointment is subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people and will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
Although the start date is September, if an earlier start date is possible this would be preferable.
