We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA/Cover Supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team.The successful candidate will:

be passionate about working with pupils with MLD & other complex needs eg autism/behaviour

have an HLTA qualification or relevant experience

have good literacy and numeracy skills with GCSE levels (Grades A-C)

be able to work effectively as part of a team

be very well organised and efficient, have high expectations of children's behaviour and attainment

be flexible and willing to teach in all Key Stages 1 - 4

be open to advice, feedback and guidance from colleagues

The post if full time (term time only) and visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.

Information about the School

Castledon School is a Special School for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties and additional complex needs from Year 1 - Year 14.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
