Kirby Primary Academy is seeking anoutstanding professional.

Our new deputy needs to be someone who:

Is an excellent practitioner, who is willing to teach in any year group including EYFS;
Has the ability to motivate and engage children and staff;
Has proven track record of effective management and leadership;
Has the ability to use data to plan for improvement in pupils' progress;
Enjoys a challenge and is active in all aspects of school life;
Is forward thinking and willing to try new things to bring about improvements.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity.

We would welcome visits to the school on weeks beginning: 13th, 20th and 27th April 2015.
